Cherry Gin & Tonic
I am totally obsessed with this Dillon’s Cherry gin.
Didn’t wanna mess with it too much, so after rimming a martini glass with some leftover crushed Jolly Ranchers that I used to make candy glass over Christmas, I just mixed:
1oz Cherry Gin
2oz Tonic (chilled)
Finished it off by sinking a stemmed cherry into the glass.
If you have some leftover prosecco / sparkling wine, you can sub out the tonic.
