Prosecco Dessert Cocktail

This is my New Years cocktail recommendation. With a base of Prosecco, the Chambord works off the fruity sweetness of the Prosecco and adds some raspberry flavour, and then the Galliano adds to the vanilla tones of the Chambord. The pomegranate seeds float up and sink down on the bubble currents of the Prosecco, putting on a very fun and pretty show in your glass. Perfect for an after dinner drink or a midnight cheers.

Pomegranate seeds

1/2 oz Galliano

1/2 oz Chambord

Fill with Prosecco
